Southern Living names Camp Southern Ground, the passion project of Zac Brown, the charitable partner for the brand’s 2012 Idea House, a restored farmhouse renovation in Senoia, GA.
Zac Brown donated a 500-acre piece of property, set in the farmlands of Georgia, forty minutes south of Atlanta, to begin Camp Southern Ground — what will soon become a state-of-the-art facility that will offer a summer destination for youth, ages 7-17, of diverse skill sets and abilities, socioeconomic backgrounds, race and religion to come together to learn life skills and teamwork in a healthy and organic environment.
